Sustainable POD: Eco Materials, Certifications & Consumer Demand

Consumer demand for sustainable merchandise is reshaping the POD supply chain. Our survey of 12,000 online shoppers reveals that 61% are willing to pay a premium of 15–25% for certified sustainable POD products, and 34% have abandoned a purchase because sustainability information was absent. This report analyzes the business case for eco-friendly POD, covering GOTS and OEKO-TEX certification requirements, the cost premium of organic and recycled blank goods, and the marketing strategies of top-performing sustainable POD stores.
